These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, assessments, digital products, subconscious recalibration programs, breakthrough intensives, Bespoke Daily Mental Supplements™ (BDMS™), and other services offered through L.G.E.T. Mindset™ (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Nature of Services & Clinical Disclaimer

Important Notice: The L.G.E.T. Mindset Framework™—including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental & Emotional Release® (MER®), Integral Hypnotherapy™, and Bespoke Daily Mental Supplements™ (BDMS™)—is an educational, self-improvement, and subconscious recalibration methodology.

1.1 Not Psychotherapy or Medical Treatment: The services offered through L.G.E.T. Mindset™ are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or other licensed healthcare services. Our Services are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

1.2 Client Responsibility: Subconscious transformation requires active, conscious participation. You retain full personal, financial, and legal responsibility for your decisions, behaviors, and well-being. Always consult a licensed medical or mental health professional for psychiatric or medical concerns.

2. Audio Materials & Safety Precautions (BDMS™)

As part of our Services, you may receive customized Bespoke Daily Mental Supplements™ (BDMS™) audio recordings designed to support continued practice and integration.

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: NEVER listen to hypnotherapy, meditation, or subconscious audio conditioning files while driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires conscious alertness.

3. Investment, Payments & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms: Fees for assessments, diagnostic sessions, breakthrough intensives, programs, and digital products are communicated before purchase or enrollment.

3.2 No Refund Policy: Due to the high-touch, bespoke nature of our subconscious recalibration services and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable once sessions have commenced or customized materials (BDMS™) have been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided through our Services, including the L.G.E.T. Mindset Framework™, NeuroAlignment™, BDMS™, audio scripts, logos, website graphics, and proprietary workflows, are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law or with written permission from the rights holder.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.G.E.T. Mindset™, its founder, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services or digital materials.
